Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been delivered except in cases of product received is damaged or defective. We will further accept returns of only unused and unopened item. This policy is in place to ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched product that meets our quality and hygiene standards.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we strive for perfection, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
To initiate a replacement or exchange, kindly follow these steps:
- Email us at Info@liyarabeauty.com within 7–8 working days of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos showing the damage or defect along with the outer packaging.
- Include your order number and an unboxing video that begins before the package is opened and clearly shows the sealed condition of the parcel.
Once we receive all the necessary details, our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps for a replacement. Please note, refunds are not offered for sale items.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fair resolution of claims regarding product damage or incorrect items, an unboxing video is essential. Here’s what the video should capture:
- Start recording before opening the package and ensure the seal is clearly visible and intact.
- Continue filming as you open the box and inspect the product.
- If the seal appears tampered with upon delivery, we recommend not accepting the parcel and contacting us immediately.
Kindly note that claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
Promotional Period Orders
Products purchased during sale events or promotional periods are final and non-refundable.
Such orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, so we encourage our customers to double-check their cart before completing checkout.
Refunds (In Exceptional Cases Only)
While our primary resolution for issues is a replacement or exchange, a refund may be processed under certain circumstances, such as if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be credited to your original payment method within 7–8 business days.
- Promotional and discounted items remain non-refundable.
